Firm founder and managing attorney, Tom Bolt, focuses his practice in government relations, banking, real estate, real estate finance, and estate planning. Bolt chairs the Government Relations Practice Group of the Firm and is a member of the Firm’s Corporate & Financial Services and Real Estate Groups. He has written and lectured on a variety of government relations issues. As Executive Director and Legal Counsel to the Virgin Islands Law Revision Commission, Bolt was instrumental in the coordination of Commission affairs. In his role as Counsel to the President/Counsel to the Majority Leader with the Legislature of the Virgin Islands, he drafted numerous legislation and memoranda. Tom Bolt is currently Vice Chair of the American Bar Association’s Law Practice Division and a member of the Executive Committee of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws.
